今天老师给我们讲了很多关于心理疾病方面的知识，我感觉到自己似乎存在这方面的问题。感觉到自己属于消极性心理。有点害怕，不知道自己是否真的有心理疾病。只觉得自己真的越来越容易伤心容易脾气不好。特别是回到家里的时候，明明刚才在教室的时候，人还非常的平静。跟同学说说笑笑，可是不知道为什么一回到家心理就特别的抑郁。我不知道这算不算是心理疾病的一种。特别是每次到特殊的那个时间，我就特别的容易感觉到莫名的哀伤，莫名的爱发脾气。我越来越控制不住自己的情绪。我不知道该如何是好，也许我真的需要去咨询一下心理医生。
明天就是老爸的生日，本来是想打个电话过去祝老爸生日快乐的。可是却跟老妈哭诉了半天，可能影响到了她们的心情。他本该开心的，我不该这样的。我很担心爸爸妈妈的身体，感觉到他们在一天天的变老，好像离开我的日子越来越近一样的。我不知道该如何去承受那样的现实，如果她们离开了我，我该去向谁倾诉，我该找谁来关心我。我该怎样孤独的过完这一生！

彷徨

这几天参加客服培训，学习到了很多，客服方面的知识是一方面。可是更大的感触来源于老师讲的一些其他的内容。例如，她跟我们说起自己的职业规划。让我觉得自己真的如一只无头苍蝇般到处乱撞的结果，将会是多么的悲哀。20岁到30岁，是努力尝试于寻找适合自己的人生的阶段。我的这个阶段马上就要过去了，而我却依然没有找到自己最适合做的事情，这让我感觉到紧张。我不知道自己到底该做什么，真的很悲哀。。。也没有人理解和支持我。

那天，在的士上听着这首歌，觉得好有感觉。天气凉了，我的心也凉了。无意中看到他的邮箱，看到他跟朋友们说的话。才意识到自己不想去面对的，原来是确实存在的。突然很感伤，深切的体会到了，自己的亲人永远都不会离开你，因为身体里流淌着的都是同样的血。而外人不管在一起多久，有了多么深厚的感情，也是想离开你就离开你。从至爱的人也许一下就变成陌生的人了。所以我感觉到原来自己一直都是一个人。。。
